Shipping Policy
Innerkind Nutrition currently ships within the United States. When ordering opens, Rise is expected to begin shipping from October 1, 2026. This is an estimated date and may change because of production, quality-control, carrier, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Order processing
After Rise is available and an order is accepted, in-stock orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches or other high-volume periods, processing may take longer. We will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when an order leaves our facility.
Shipping rates and delivery
Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders over $75. Other available shipping rates are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Innerkind Nutrition is not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Addresses, lost packages, and damage
Please check the shipping address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be found, first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. For a lost, damaged, or incorrect shipment, email hello@innerkindnutrition.com with the order number and, where relevant, photographs of the package and product.
