$5.99 standard shipping or free shipping on orders over $50.
Address Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We’re not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

We hope you love your Innerkind products — but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

Product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
To Start a Return:
Email us at hello@innerkind.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the address for your shipment.
Please note: we do not cover return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different product, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a return for the original.
