Shipping

Rise is available for pre-order and is expected to begin shipping from October 1, 2026.

Shipping within the United States

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping for other eligible orders is calculated at checkout.

Pre-orders and payment

Payment is collected when you complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email, followed by tracking details when your order ships.

Delivery timing

Delivery estimates begin once the carrier receives your order. Carrier delays can occur, so delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Address changes

If you need to request an address change before your order ships, contact us as soon as possible at hello@innerkindnutrition.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order begins processing.
